Primary base task of this module is to configure Clients (Customers
and Providers).
It enables you to configure an agent who deals with your business as an intermediate between you and Customer or Provider.
It also enables you to configure and maintain records of your Business Teams i.e. people from NOC, Sales, Accounts, etc using this module.
Client Group, Billing Cycle is also an important aspect of this module.
You can create Client Group as many as you desire (Under Testing Customer/Provider, Active Customer/Provider etc.). By this you can get clear-cut idea about your on going business in terms of Active Customers/Providers and Under Testing Customers/Providers.
