A- BillCall is a billing service for wholesale carriers. It provides a full-featured billing system via your secure Web browser, while eliminating the burden of maintaining costly on-site billing hardware, software, and staff.

Q- Can I use BillCall?
A- BillCall is only for the wholesale grade carriers who control their own switch.  However, it can be also be used by the carriers who are doing their business with the other carriers in the market. This process of billing is also known as termination billing, wholesale billing, carrier-to-carrier billing, and simply carrier billing.

Q- Will BillCall support our switch?
A- More than 100 kinds of CDR formats which are produced even by conventional TDM switches, soft switches, VoIP Gateways, SIP-based switches and many other switches are also supported by BillCall.  Even if the switch does not support BillCall we can customize and build the interface within 48 hours that would be support BillCall.

Q- How much time do you need to activate new account?
A- We are one of the swiftest implementer in the market as we are able to activate the most of the new accounts within 24 hours.

Q- What about the hidden fees?
A- No, we have no hidden charges. However, the cost does vary as per the add-ons that you require you wish to implement.

Q- How long does BillCall take to generate invoices?
A- BillCall does not take more than 15 minutes to produce the invoice, however, it does depend on the length oft he billing cycle as well as the traffic volume at that particular period. Now, if you wish to produce CDRs that matches with each of the PDF invoice but it would take more 20-30% of the actual duration.
